Mike the Chef, a sixth generation Pole was born and raised on the Northwest side of Chicago, an area known for its ethnic diversity and strong religious traditions. Hand picked and trained by some of the best 4-star chefs in the city's history, Mike's work ethic and self-determination has brought his food service company and publishing firm awards, accolades and recognition as a leader in recipe development for start up operations world wide.
He currently divides his time between Chicago and the West Coast. |
